CPD with a difference
This isn’t a conference, it isn’t a training course, it’s an intensive CPD Day with multiple courses running simultaneously offering essential role-based training and additional skills courses to support your professional development as EVCs and Visit Leaders.
Complete multiple courses in one day for a fixed, subsidised fee.
It’s great for networking with other EVCs too. In interactive workshops, you’ll reflect on your own experience of educational visits, and share good practice and effective strategies for keeping young people safe on trips and visits.
Choose from a selection of core role training and skills courses delivered by EVOLVE Advice’s Educational Visits Advisers. We’re also joined by experts in crisis management who will be running specialist sessions.

Certification: Attendees will receive a digital badge and certificate for each course completed. EVCs completing EVC training or revalidation will be automatically added to the EVC Register and you will be able to add your certificate to your EVOLVE system.

Our experienced Educational Visits Advisers will deliver core EVC training (accredited by IOL and IOSH) with interactive group discussions and activities to support your learning.
In addition, we’re offering our most popular skills courses – Visit Emergencies, and Risk Management for Educational Visits.
You’ll have the opportunity to network with EVCs from other schools and settings too.

These courses are suitable for EVCs, Directors of Co-Curricular and Visit Leaders with responsibility for educational visits in schools and educational settings.
Our trainers will cover the same quality assured content that we deliver weekly in our live online courses, so you’ll end the day with the same certifications. You will need to complete part one of the EVC training and visit emergencies training, as self-directed online learning – we’ll share this will you in advance of the training day to do at your own pace.
