CPD with a difference
This isn’t a conference, it isn’t a training course, it’s an intensive CPD Day with multiple courses running simultaneously offering essential role-based training and additional skills courses to support your professional development as EVCs and Visit Leaders. Choose to complete 1, 2, or 3 courses in one day. Build on your own experience of educational visits, and share good practice and effective strategies for keeping young people safe on trips and visits.
Choose from a selection of core role training and skills courses delivered by EVOLVE Advice’s Educational Visits Advisers. We’re also joined by experts in crisis management, and EVOLVE systems, who will be running additional specialist sessions.

What to expect
This is a fantastic opportunity to complete multiple courses in a live learning environment in just one day.
Our experienced Educational Visits Advisers will deliver core EVC and Visit Leader training (accredited by IOL and IOSH) with interactive group discussions and activities to support your learning.
In addition, we’re offering our popular skills courses (Snowsport Visits, Visit Emergencies, Risk Management for Educational Visits) as well as EVOLVE systems training and support.
You’ll have the opportunity to network with EVCs and Visit Leaders from other schools and settings too.

Choose to complete two courses and you’ll save a minimum of £65 on the usual combined cost; three courses and you’ll save at least £165 compared with booking them separately through the usual route.

There’s one fixed price for the day, so the more courses you complete on the day, the more you save on the usual course costs.
Cost includes all course materials, training and light refreshments during the day. Each attendee will get a voucher to buy the food of their choice at lunchtime.

These courses are suitable for EVCs, Directors of Co-Curricular and Visit Leaders with responsibility for educational visits in schools and educational settings. The course delivered will be the same as that delivered weekly online by our trainers, and you will need to complete part one of the EVC and Visit Leader training in advance, as usual.
Meet your Trainers
Sessions will be delivered by highly-experienced Educational Visits Advisers from EVOLVE Advice PLUS specialist guest trainers from eduFOCUS (EVOLVE) and Pharos Response.
