It’s a huge privilege to be part of the development of educational visits that will have a lifelong impact on children and young people. That’s why we do what we do, and what drives us to continually improve our services to schools.

For many of our clients, we’re an extension of their team, providing trusted advice and support to colleagues with responsibility for trips and visits, safeguarding and compliance.

Our advisers all have extensive experience in leading educational visits and outdoor activities. We each contribute our own specialist knowledge too, including legal expertise, technical advice, classroom experience, and hands-on outdoor education instruction, giving you direct access to a wide range of support, all in one place. What’s more, our advisers all hold teaching certificates, IOSH qualifications and national governing body awards for adventurous activities.

We are members of relevant associations such as The Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), The Association of Advisers for Outdoor Learning and Educational Visits (OEAP), and the Association of Heads of Outdoor Education Centres (AHOEC). Our adviser are also EVC Trainers, LOtC Quality Badge Assessors and have extensive knowledge of the EVOLVE system. We work with a small, trusted team of experienced freelancers, who are equally well-qualified to support you. They include current teachers, outdoor education advisers and leaders in the outdoor education sector.

Our support team ensures the smooth running of our advisory service, training and events. They work closely with our schools community supporting you with EVOLVE queries, managing training and certification, onboarding new clients, managing your contracts, and keeping you up to date.
