This course is designed to give EVOLVE users the knowledge and skills to navigate and manage educational visits through the system.
It is not a substitute for EVC or Visit Leader training. This course is focused fully on the practical use of the EVOLVE system.

We work closely with eduFOCUS the developers of the EVOLVE systems, which allows us to ensure our knowledge is up to date.
We have experience in training Maintained schools, Academies and Independent Schools throughout the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Group training is suitable for new and existing Visit Leaders, EVCs and Heads.
EVOLVE Advice clients can request a free 1:1 session for their System Administrator if required.

This 60 minute training is delivered via Zoom/Teams. We will adapt the content to meet the needs of the participants, focusing on the knowledge needed by:
Visit Leaders who are planning and running trips.
EVCs or System administrators who are responsible for approving, supporting with and managing the EVOLVE system.

Courses are delivered by either:
to school teams as a bespoke online training session (£450 + VAT @20% (for unlimited attendees in one session)); or
our open courses (£50pp + VAT @20%)
