Working at EVOLVE Advice

Are you looking to grow your career at a company that puts people first? Then you’ve come to the right place. We’re always on the look-out for people who will bring something special to our company and in return we’ll give you a great place to work and a brilliant team to work with.

Join us on an incredible journey

EVOLVE Advice was founded in 2017 by a single Educational Visits Adviser. Since then, we’ve welcomed thousands of new clients from across the UK and globally into our schools community. Our client growth is organic, and often word of mouth, and we have grown with it – building a small team of advisers, trainers and support staff to ensure our schools get the best possible service from EVOLVE Advice.

If you think you’d like to be part of our story, read on…

At EVOLVE Advice we do things differently. We pride ourselves on our dynamic and forward thinking approach, always seeking ways to give an even better service to our clients and ultimately to the children and young people they work with.

What’s the secret of our success? Our team and our positive company culture. Find out more about us, here.

What Do We Offer?

We’ve talked about why you’d want to work with us, but what else can we offer? Aside from the obvious: monthly salary (yes, we’ll pay you!), pension, generous holiday entitlement, a modern working environment, nice coffee…etc. here’s are some of the benefits that we enjoy at EVOLVE Advice.

Flexible working

Most of our team prefer to come into the office to work and we love that, but we know that everyone’s circumstances are different. If you need or want to work from home we’ll be happy to agree a hybrid pattern with you. And if you have caring responsibilities, we’ll work with you to accommodate them.

Continuous development

When we learn, we grow. We’re committed to supporting you in your professional development through training, shadowing and mentoring. We’ll even cover the cost of membership of your professional body. You’ll get free access to any courses provided by our partner company, edSAFETY including health and safety, mental health first aid, leadership, critical thinking, mindfulness, time management, change management, neurodiversity awareness, and many more.

Never work your birthday again!

If your birthday falls on a working day no-one will be expecting to see you at work. Take the day off and do something fun. We can celebrate with you tomorrow!

Give something back

Our reach may extend across the globe but we’re firmly rooted in our community. We encourage you to volunteer with local organisations and give you the time to do it.

Too sunny to go to work?

If today is just not the day to work, take advantage of your ‘too sunny to go to work’ day (it doesn’t even need to be sunny!). Everyone needs a duvet day or day in the great outdoors to regain some balance. Take a day on us.

Fun!

Enjoy our team experience days learning new skills and getting to know each other. In the past we’ve been paddleboarding, axe-throwing, climbing and skiing!
