  • Our EVC Training is approved by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and accredited by the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) It is delivered in line with relevant legislation and guidance including OEAP National Guidance.

    Our Visit Leader, Snowsport Visits Training and Risk Assessment for Educational Visits courses are also accredited by IOL.

    EVOLVE Advice is an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) approved training provider.

  • Educational Visits Coordinators completing EVOLVE Advice Initial EVC Training can choose to take an additional assessment to be awarded certification as ‘IOSH Approved Educational Visit Coordinator with EVOLVE Advice Ltd’.

    Assessment and certification cost £35 + VAT @ 20% . This is available to EVCs who successfully complete EVOLVE Advice Initial EVC Training (parts 1 and 2) after January 2025.

  • Yes all of our training course attendees are issued a digital certificate, which is stored in our online database and Blockchain verified.

    As well as the digital certificate our EVC course attendees will receive a printed certificate, a metal pin badge for their lanyard and will be added to The EVC Register.

  • The Blockchain is an incorruptible digital ledger of economic transactions that can be programmed to record not just financial transactions but virtually anything of value. Anything that we write to the Blockchain can't be altered in the future by any party. Find out more here

  • The EVC Register is a register of trained Educational Visits Coordinators (EVCs), which keeps track of individuals who have received training and certification from a reputable provider. The register is a way to ensure that schools and educational establishments have trained individuals overseeing educational visits. Find out more here

  • You should receive an email with your certificate attached. If you have misplaced this, you can visit https://certify.evolveadvice.co.uk and select Retrieve a Credential at the bottom of the screen.

  • A badge is traditionally seen as a symbol or indicator of an accomplishment, skill, quality or interest. Digital open badges are an online standard for recognising and verifying learning that complies with the Open Badges Specification. They allow you to use an image to quickly show off your skills and achievements. Our badges have metadata embedded in the image to authenticate the certificate, meaning that it’s more than just a pretty picture.

  • You can find testimonials of our training on our testimonials page. We also have public reviews on Google.

  • Our training is delivered via an online platform, we can provide recordings, subtitles or translations. We have also supported schools with sign interpreters on our courses. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our team prior to booking to ensure we can support with your needs.

  • We recommend all of our trainees renew their training certificates every three years.

  • Many of our courses are blended learning, this is a mixture of self led activities and tutor led/facilitated sessions live.

    Your will recieve part 1 (self directed study) at the point of booking. This must be completed prior to part 2.
